Event 133 – To Barton’s Mill And Back The Hard Way

DATE: 12 Jun 2016 TRIP LEADER: Brett and Julie ANDERSON After meeting at the Gull Service Station at Karragullen we preceded to watch the kids that came in Rick`s 4wd dressed in gum boots take advantage of the puddles in the car park which where deeper than their boots at lest they where in Rick`s` 4wd. Trip 125 – Gnangara Pines Night Trip   

12th March 2016 Trip Leader:   Pat O'Dowd 6.00pm Meet at Landsdale McDonalds Upon arrival Pat discovered a ratchet handle tucked into our bumper. Clear evidence of a pre-trip tinker by Matt. As we awaited the arrival of our fellow members, McDonalds was well met by drivers and passengers. And dinner was had. Around 6.15 we departed with an 8 vehicle convoy. Trip 120 – Churchman Park Environment Day

Churchman Park Trip 14th February 2016. Trip Leader: David Morrison. 14 Cars in attendance, 5 of which were Visitors. Meeting of members was in the car park of Mc D in Armadale. Introductions were made between visitors and members, with coffee being enjoyed from the Mc D coffee bar. Trip 121 – Collie Hill Climbs

Collie Climbs 17 Jan 2016 11 cars (10+1) 19 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog. Trip Leader: Glen and Terri Cleaver Meet in Burekup opposite the store on Russell Rd, at the public open space. The large undercover area gave us shelter from the showers to have morning tea before heading off at 10am. Air down at start of Lennard 4wd track 10.35. Lunch was early at 11.15 at sailors’ gulley on the banks of the collie river. Parking was challenging for 11 put the picnic area was large and easily allowed the group to sit together. Read more
