All members and visitors alike, including passengers (“all participants”) are reminded that their attendance or participation in any club events is of their own choosing.  All participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own actions and consequences.

All participants have a duty of care in relation to their property, themselves and all other participants and their property, in any event arranged by the Club.  All participants must ensure that their actions and behaviours are of the highest integrity, and further, that their actions and behaviours do not cause or are likely to cause an unsafe situation for either themselves or any other participant in the event.

Although the Club attempts to conduct events in the safest possible manner, there are many changing and unforseen circumstances over which the club and its members have no control.

Each member, visitor and passenger are the only persons that know their own capabilities and therefore are the only person who know if they are capable of participating or continuing to participate in a Club event.  If these persons feel that their vehicle or themselves are not capable of participating or continuing to participate in any event in a safe manner then they need to withdraw at that time from the event or that part of the event.

Convoy Rules and Procedures are provided by the Club for the safety and enjoyment of members, visitors and passengers on and during all driving events.
