Members began arriving to the Big Valley Campsite, 46 Boronia Rd, Rosa Glen, during the week ending 25 November. Big Valley Caravan Park is a caravan park in the middle of a Margaret River working sheep farm.

Friday 29th September we headed towards Nungarin to the Mangowine Home stead
Several of us met at the Shell Garage on the TOODJAY TO GooMALLING Rd.
We travelled in convoy to Dowerin where we stopped at their delightful Bakery for lunch.
Jan and Roger caught up with and we all proceeded to the Station.
Guy and Wendy where already there set and waiting for us to arrive.

Mark and had watched the rain in the preceding week with mounting anticipation (anxiety). Being the school holidays we were able to head down to Marg’s for a leisurely pre-trip week enabling us to complete a quick recky. We discovered vast areas of water and continuing rainfall. Most of the participants headed down to the (beautiful) Big Valley Campsite in Rosa Brook on the Friday night, gathering at 6pm at Colonial Brewery for the awesome $10 pizza night.
